Greg joined Delta in 2002 as Vice President and COO. He assumed the role of President and CEO in 2012.  Prior to coming to Delta, Greg was the Director of Marketing and Origination for Energy USA, TPC in Houston and a natural gas trader for Dynegy in Houston, TX. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Texas Christian University and a MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in Houston. Greg is an Eagle Scout and is active with the Boy Scouts on the troop, council and national levels.  

Erik Dyson joined Delta in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer and is located at the Breckenridge office.  Erik has over 30 years of experience in Upstream, Midstream and Downstream Oil and Gas.  Erik is primarily focused on the financial and day to day business operations for Delta and brings significant overseas and US experience in growing and managing the profitability of a firm’s holdings.  Erik is  an Eagle Scout from the Sam Houston Area Council and active in philanthropic activities in Texas.

Harley joined Delta in 2008. Prior to Delta, Harley had the privilege to have worked as a Production/ Workover Manager for several independent Oil & Gas Operators acquiring 35 plus years of experience in new well completions, workovers procedures, drilling operations, production management, field development, along with the day-to-day operations of the Oil & Gas Industry. Harley attained numerous hours of instructional training in many aspects of the Oil & Gas Industry throughout his career.

Over the past 40 years Bill’s primary focus has been on exploration of the Pennsylvanian System across the Midland Basin’s Eastern Shelf and the Red River/Matador Arch. He utilizes a regional approach based on sequence stratigraphy, petroleum systems concepts and basin analysis, with integration of regional structural and seismic interpretations. These studies have led to numerous new field discoveries and extensions, as well as successful development and/or waterflooding of a diversity of significant properties. He remains active in the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the AAPG Southwest Section.

Prior to joining Delta’s team full time in 2018, as Director of Land Services, Jeanie worked on many of Delta’s key projects for the previous 25 years as a contracted landman.  She brings over 40 years of professional land title experience and strives to build successful working relationships with land and mineral owners.   Jeanie has served Stephens County and the surrounding areas thru youth sports programs, junior livestock exhibitions, civic boards, community outreach programs, West Texas Rehab Center events, as a Trustee of Breckenridge ISD for 10 years and as a Director of ResourceCare’s six community health care centers since 2005.

Bryan joined Delta in 2017 as a petroleum engineer. He is heavily involved in all aspects of the drilling, workover, and production departments. He also evaluates outside projects and prospects. Bryan graduated from Texas Tech University in May of 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering.

Steve joined Delta in 2006. He has spent the majority of his time in the production management side of the business. Along with production management, he has years of experience in field development and the day-to-day operations of the Oil & Gas Industry. Steve has attained numerous hours of instructional training in all aspects of the Oil & Gas Industry.

Dana joined Delta in 2023 as the Director of Safety and Environmental. Dana has 30 years’ experience in General Construction, Surface Mining, Aggregates and Ready Mix Concrete. Dana is a Certified Mine Safety Professional. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northeastern State University in Psychology and Industrial Technology. Dana’s focus is to build and maintain a safety and environmental program throughout the organization. Dana serves her community as a board member of the Boy Scouts of America Longhorn Council, a board member of the Slaughter Family Arts Awards and other fine arts organizations in the Forth Worth area.

Before joining Delta in 2023, Amanda implemented accounting procedures for oil and gas companies, both publicly traded and privately held, for almost two decades.  With a focus on treasury, risk management and intercompany communications, Amanda implements industry standards and best practices for cash positive outcomes.  Amanda graduated from Texas Woman’s University and is the JIB/Audit Committee Chair of the Fort Worth Chapter of COPAS, The Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies.
